Sovara began in 2026 with a simple idea from Mr. Milan: wellness should feel calm, not complicated. After 7 years as a personal trainer working with people every day, Mr. Milan Rajput saw how often good intentions were lost in noise, trends and products that promised a lot and delivered little. Sovara was created to change that, with a small, carefully chosen collection that supports a more balanced life.
What we believe in
We believe the art of balance is built from small daily rituals, not dramatic overhauls. That is why every product we offer is chosen for how it fits into real routines: movement, recovery and self-care. We would rather offer fewer products we are proud of than a catalogue full of things we would not use ourselves.
Our promise on quality
Before a product joins Sovara, we look at its materials, how it is made, and what our customers say about similar items. We work with trusted suppliers and we check products for quality before recommending them. If something does not meet the standard we hold ourselves to, it does not go on our shelves.
